The Chesney plan is currently being built in Knoxville’s Veterans District. This home plan will be offered with a slab on grade (no basement) option and with a fully finished basement option. This plan features 1,435 square feet of finished space, three beds and two bath all on one level. The basement finish adds another bedroom and bathroom bringing the total square footage to over 2,100. This plan is brand new to the Origin portfolio.
