All warranty requests are subject to the terms and conditions of the Origin Homeowner Manual. Other than emergency warranty requests, it is strongly recommended that homeowners save warranty requests for their 60-day and 11 month warranty follow ups. Pursuant to the terms of the Origin Homeowner Manual, some warranty repairs may only be requested once during the warranty period, and failing to abide by the recommended timelines may affect homeowner’s final product. Origin Homes, in its discretion in conjunction with the terms and conditions of the Origin Homeowner Manual, is the sole decisionmaker on whether a warranty request is an emergency.
