This Carroll County town created the Stadium View Neighborhood, the largest home building division in the city’s history. Within Stadium View, a “pocket neighborhood” features 20 modest lots with Origin designed homes, shared green spaces and connected walking trails starting in the $250’s.
Origin Homes is one of the first builders to build in Knoxville’s Veterans District, a 150-acre neighborhood located at the former site of the VA Hospital. The homes will be located across from the splash pad at Veterans Park and construction will begin later this year. Homes expected to start in upper $270’s.
Origin is building five 1,300 square foot homes in Gowrie’s Wiley Addition, a well-established housing division. This Webster County town is only 30 minutes from Fort Dodge and offers lot sale incentives to interested buyers. Homes expected to start at $260’s.
