Select an ideal floorplan, bring your budget goals and property documentation (address, utility information, lot, etc.) and schedule a consultation with us. We’ll discuss design options and features that fit your needs.
Once we have a floorplan selected and modified for your needs, our team will put together an estimate. We will work together to make sure your needs are met while staying within your budget. Our team will also guide you through the steps necessary to get your property Construction Ready!
Finalize your estimate together, sign a purchase agreement, and put down your deposit. We will get you in touch with one of our preferred lenders to get your construction loan underway.
Meet with our in-house Origin Homes Design Team to choose and approve selections. This is truly when your home starts to become a reality! Any executive options added during this meeting will be broken down for you to review and finalize prior to closing on your loan.
With selections in hand, we’ll review bank documentation including prints, appraisal review, home cost summaries and spec sheets to create the final product so we can close on the construction loan. We’ll stake out your home orientation and direction so you can see exactly how your home will be placed on your land.
The loan is finalized, selections + drawings are complete, the land is staked – let construction begin!
If we include all, or some, items we will provide a fixed price included in the Purchase Agreement. Otherwise, any remaining items will be the responsibility of the owner.
